• What is covered?

Your QWC watch is made based on years of expertise and tested to ensure that it functions and embodies quality and performance perfectly, regardless of the collection. With our Limited Warranty, QWC undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of your watch that result from a manufacturing defect. This Limited Warranty will be honored throughout the QWC network only in the UK.

• How long does the warranty last?

Your QWC watch is covered by the Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (for more information, please read our terms and conditions available hereunder).

• What are the conditions of the QWC limited warranty?

To benefit from our Limited Warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The serial number engraved on the case must be perfectly legible and no part of the original case back or original serial number must have been removed, modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased, defaced, or made illegible.

• How can the QWC limited edition be extended?

To extend your warranty, you must contact us via email at myqwc.ltd@gmail.com specifying the number of years you would like to add to your guarantee. The following options are available:

• 5-Year QWC Limited Warranty Extension: Can be purchased for £50.

• 10-Year QWC Limited Warranty Extension: Can be purchased for £150.

Upon purchasing the warranty extension, a new warranty card will be issued and sent to your provided address. Please note that the warranty can be extended up to a maximum of 20 to 30 years, depending on the specific model of your watch. For further details, please refer to your watch model’s warranty terms.
